This privacy policy applies to legal.felixon.tv only. It does not apply to other services operated by Felix Winkel; each of those has its own privacy policy.

What this site does not do

This website is purely static. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, embeds no third-party content, performs no analytics and contains no form. There is therefore nothing that would require consent under § 25 TDDDG, and no consent for you to withdraw.

Hosting and server logs

This website is served via Cloudflare Workers. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the page is requested, Cloudflare processes technical connection data:

This data arises unavoidably for technical reasons; without it the page cannot be delivered. It serves delivery, operational security and the prevention of attacks. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in providing this service securely and reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other sources and is not evaluated for advertising purposes.

Processing on our behalf and transfer to the USA

Cloudflare processes the data described above as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. This may involve a transfer to the USA. For that case, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR apply in addition. Cloudflare is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
